Frankenstein

I just love to make Halloween cards!  I just love the colors of the frightfully delightful season.

This week on the Sassy Cheryl's Challenge Blog, I am hosting a challenge called "Get Your Spook On"...just in case you need an excuse to make a fun Halloween card.  Two free digis from Sassy Cheryl's are up for grabs too, so come on..."Get Your Spook On".

For my card, I stamped the Frankenstein Lulu from Kraftin' Kimmie's "Halloween Lulu" set with Memento Tuxedo Black onto Neenah Solar White Classic Crest cardstock.  I colored the image with Copic markers and cut with my detailed scissors.

Using a Nestabilities oval die, I cut an oval and sponged Adirondack Lemonade and Adirondack Willow dye inks.  I framed with a black cardstock oval, also cut with a Nestabilities die.

On a scrap of lavender patterned paper (sorry, source unknown), I stamped Rubbernecker's "Sleepy Hollow Tree"  with Versafine Onyx Black.  I sponged some Whispers Lilac dye along the top of the scene.  Then, I assembled the card.  The sentiment is also from the Kraftin' Kimmie's "Halloween Lulu" set.

Thanks so much for visiting my blog today!

Spooky Baby - Spooky! I can remember drawing those stitches on my friends and little brothers faces when I was young. Halloween was such a fun time of year. Love the layout and the combination of stamping with a digi works perfect here.

Love your challenge theme too. Halloween cards are fun to make. Hugs
