Wrapped Up in Love

Sassy Cheryl's, Kecia Waters, Copic markers, snowman, winter, cute dog, scarf, snow
I spent Sunday morning coloring this image. I was going to toss it because in the beginning it looked hideous.  But, I kept working it, and ended up loving the result.

This card features the adorable digital image called Wrapped Up in Love by Sassy Cheryl.  I printed it onto Hammermill Color Copy and colored with Copic markers.  The white snowflakes are compliments of a white gel pen.  I scored around the image panel.

Thanks a bunch for visiting my blog today.  I sure appreciate that you take the time to look the cards I make.

Tiddly Inks, Kecia Waters, Copic markers, poms, Ohio State, cheerleader, Go Buckeyes!
It's Fab Friday on the Tiddly Inks Challenge Blog!

I'm hoping for a Fab Saturday!  Go Buckeyes!

This card features an image from the Tiddly Inks Annie Mega Pack.  I printed the image onto Hammermill Color Copy.  I colored it with Copic markers.  The sentiment is retired from AJVD and the football is from an old PSX stamp.  The little strip of patterned paper from Scrapbook Customs.

The pom-poms were made from a Clover pom maker using Scarlet and Gray Bakers twine.

Thanks for visiting my blog today.  Big day tomorrow!  (I hope)

Gobble

There She Goes, Kecia Waters, Thanksgiving, Turkey, Copic markers,
Just a for fun card here featuring an adorable turkey from long gone There She Goes.  I stamped the turkey onto Hammermill Color Copy paper and colored with Copic markers   There's a strip of paper on this from Carta Bella and some orange enamel dots.

Hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving.  I have been sick with a nasty cold, praying it doesn't turn into bronchitis.  My parents brought us Thanksgiving dinner and handed it to us at the door.  I was thankful I had an appetite, as the past two days I've eaten nothing but chicken soup and bananas.  I hate my immune system.  I really do.

Candy Cane Girl

Sassy Cheryl's, Keca Waters, copic markers, candy cane, Christmas
It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas and it's not even Thanksgiving.

Can't feel too guilty though coloring up this cutie from Sassy Cheryl's Candy Cane Love digital stamp set.  I printed the image onto Hammermill Color Copy paper and colored with Copic markers.  I carefully fussy cut the image and placed on a card panel with some candy cane striped Washi tape.  The sentiment is from A Jillian Vance Design.  Three red enamel dots complete the card.

Thanks so much for visiting my blog today!  I appreciate it!

Warm Beverages on a Snowy Ohio Day

Scraps of Love, Ann Cobiere-Scott, Creative Chaos, Kecia Waters, Copic markers, Ohio, coffee
This was a card I put together to help brighten and warm what is dull, gray and cold Ohio in the winter.

I used the Scraps of Love set designed by Ann Coriere-Scott (available at Creative Chaos) to create a fun, winter snow scene.

I stamped the coffee cup six times with Marvy Black ink onto a scrap of X-Press It cardstock.  I colored each cup with Copic markers and then fussy cut each image.

Using a die from Simon Says Stamp, I created the snow bank using white cardstock.  I adhered the snow bank onto the patterned paper panel by The Paper Studio.  I then placed the coffee cups onto the snow drift.  I stamped the sentiment, also from the Scraps of Love set with Versafine Black Onyx.

Lots of snow this year?  I'm not sure.  But someone might feel a bit warmer because of this card.

Thanks for visiting the blog today.  I posted every day this week!!! Can you believe it?

Pumpkin Everything

Creative Chaos, Ann Corbiere-Scott, Scraps of Love, Kecia Waters, Copic markers
Pumpkin ice cream.  Pumpkin donuts. Pumpkin pie.  #Pumpkineverything is fine with me!

Isn't this pumpkin image beautiful.  It is from the Scraps of Love set designed by Ann Corbiere-Scott.  This set is available from Creative Chaos in Circleville, which is my nearest local stamp store.

I stamped the image with Marvy Black ink onto a scrap of Hammermille Color Copy.  I colored the image with Copic markers.  I fussy cut the image and popped it onto a card base with foam tape.  The hashtag sentiment cracks me up, and rings so true with me this time of year.

Thanks so much for visiting my blog today.  I seem to be on a posting roll, aren't I?

Yappy Birthday

Sassy Cheryl's, Kecia Waters, Copic markers, Heartfelt Hands
I just LOVE and adore this digital image from Sassy Cheryl's.  It is called Heartfelt Hands.  I've had it for a few months now and I am delighted that I had a chance to color it this past weekend.  I printed the image onto Hammermill Color Copy and colored it with Copic markers.

The patterned paper is something I've hoarded for years.  It is from Kaisercraft.  The sentiment is from Taylored Expressions and was stamped with Versafine Onyx Black.

I'd like to think that is Sloopy and me (yes, I still see myself as that young, LOL).  I plan on giving this to my Dad later this month.

Thanks for stopping by the blog today!

Lullaby

Tiddly Inks, Kecia Waters, Copic markers, baby, lullaby
Time for another Tiddly Tuesday!  This time around we are being challenged with the theme of Friends and Family.  Please visit the Tiddly Inks Challenge Blog for all the details on how to play along with us and see the awesome inspiration from the Tiddly Inks design team.

For my card, I decided to use the gorgeous Tiddly Inks digital image of Lullaby.  I colored the image with Copic markers and placed on a white panel.  I added one small sequin, but felt like this beautiful image needed nothing else.  I just wanted it to "pop" on the white Hammermill Color Copy paper.  A bit of scoring was done around the edges of the image panel.

Sure hope you join us this month for the challenge!

Thanks so much for visiting my blog today!

My first Christmas card of the year.  49 days until Christmas.  Hmm.

You can read all about this card that features the stamp set of Christmas Lantern on the A Jillian Vance Design blog.  Go see.  Had to get out the Ultra Thick Embossing Enamel for this one.

Like a crazy woman, I have posts scheduled through Saturday.  Please come soon.  I made lots of cards this past weekend with that extra hour.  Therapeutic.

Love You The Mostest

Tiddly Inks, Kecia Waters, Copic markers, wedding
This wedding card features the beautiful digital image of Love You the Mostest Couple from Tiddly Inks.  I printed it onto X-Press It cardstock and colored with Copic markers.  A bit of sparkle is on the wedding vale, compliments of a Spectrum Noir glitter pen.  The sentiment is from A Jillian Vance Design.

I made this card in mid-October for a wedding and couldn't share it immediately due to the bride being a friend of mine.

I do appreciate your visit to my blog on this Sunday...this dreary, depressing Sunday.  Still in a funk from yesterday's game. Guess I have a whole year to get over it.

Hello from Ohio

I am having a blast designing some cards with my new stamp set from Creative Chaos and Scraps of Love.  The images are by the very talented Ann Corbiere-Scott.  The set had me at this image.

I stamped the Ohio image with Memento Tuxedo Black ink onto X-Press It cardstock. I colored with Copic markers. I fussy cut around the image. I placed a red glittered heart in the center.  I embossed a stitched circle die into white cardstock and pop-dotted Ohio into the center of the circle.  The sentiment "Hello From" is also from the stamp set.  It was stamped with Versafine Onyx Black ink.  I scored three lines across the card and then tied some Buckeye twine from A Jillian Vance Design along the top.  A few silver sequins complete the details of this card.

Allow me to say, Go Buckeyes!!! Beat Iowa!!!
