Oh, Nuts!
'Tis the season and my Sloopy is having conniption fits every time a squirrel enters our yard, LOL.
To make this card, I stamped images from Lawn Fawn's "Critters in the 'Burbs" onto X-Press It cardstock. I colored the tree, squirrel and acorns with Copic markers and cut around these images with my detailed scissors.
Using my Cuttlebug, I dry-embossed a panel of light blue cardstock and sponged a little Distress Ink Tumbled Glass around the edges. Using a MFT die-namics die, I cut some green cardstock into grass and lightly sponged the grass with Distress Ink peeled paint.
I assembled the scene and added a sentiment from Simply Stamped using Versamark Onyx Black onto a flag cut with another MFT die-namics die. A transparent brown button and some hemp cord complete this card. The entire scene is framed with black, white and brown cardstock.
