Ghost Family Portrait
This week on the DRS Designs Blog, the challenge is "The Eyes Have It". I do hope you will play along with us this week in this fun challenge.
I thought the DRS image of "Ghost Family Portrait" would fit the challenge perfectly. I stamped the ghost image onto X-Press It cardstock. I did some slight shading with Copic markers. I cut around the ghost portrait with my detailed scissors.
Then on a sheet of white cardstock, I brayered Adirondack Sunshine Yellow and Adirondack Sunset Orange dye inks. I stamped DRS Designs "Double Chevron Card Edger" with Adirondack Sunshine Yellow dye ink onto the cardstock. Then I cut the cardstock into two strips and placed onto a piece of black cardstock. Using a Nestabilities die I the cardstock arrangement and layered it with white cardstock. A larger card panel of black cardstock was used. It was dry-embossed with an embossing folder.
The sentiment is also from DRS Designs and is called "Tiny Happy Halloween". It was stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black dye ink. I dotted around the Nestabilities with a black marker and a Uniball White Signo marker. Baker's Twine, two strips of orange polka dot ribbon and a googly eye complete the details of this card.
Thanks so much for visiting my blog today!
