(if you are looking for today's Repeat Impressions Designer's Choice Challenge, scroll down)
This week, the challenge is "Anything Goes". How easy and fun is that? Just see where the process takes you!
I chose to work with this cute Hambo digital image called "Panda Gift". I printed the image onto X-Press It cardstock and colored it with Copic markers. For the white fur, I painted onto the image some Copic Opaque White, which made the white pop a bit, and gave the bear some texture.
I framed this image with black cardstock. The card panel is from a piece of patterned paper with white polka dots on black (sorry, source unknown). I added a ribbon to the card, and then added the Hambo sentiment which came with the digital image as well.
I hope you can join in on all of the fun with us at the Hoedown this week. All of the challenge details can be found right here on the Hoedown Blog. Remember you must use Hambo images to play along...but that's easy to do (there are some freebies here if you don't have any). If you play along this week, you will be sent next week's Hoedown image for free.
And, in case you haven't heard the latest news at Hambo Stamps:
