Life's a Cinch

It's Monday! What better way is there to make a Monday more bearable, than with a Stamp of the Week from Repeat Impressions? This week’s SOTW is "Inch by Inch" (8410-F). The SOTW is available exclusively to Repeat Impressions blog readers at 50% OFF with the special discount code from Monday, September 10 to Sunday, September 16. To get the discount code and more information about the SOTW, please go to the Repeat Impressions blog, The House That Stamps Built.

Inch by Inch...Life's a Cinch?  Hmm.  I have to ponder that one, LOL!  But, it's a nice thought and could certainly be used to encourage someone who happens to be going through a rough time.

For my card, I stamped "Inch by Inch" onto X-Press It cardstock with Marvy black dye ink.  I colored the worm with Copic markers and cut around the image with my Cutter-bee scissors.  I then stamped the stamp again onto a piece of kraft. I cut out the sentiment portion of the stamp.

I cut a circle from Crate Paper patterned paper using a Nestabilities die.  I then cut the scalloped circle from kraft also using a Nestabilities die.  The grass was cut from Chatterbox patterned paper using a die from My Favorite Things.  I assembled the scene and added a sheer light brown bow.

Be sure to check out how other Rock Stars used this week's SOTW.  You will love their projects.

Thanks so much for visiting my blog today.  I hope this week is a cinch for us all!

Kecia, your cards are always so lovely and creative. I love how you separated the worm and the sentiment to give your circle card this look. I love it.
