It's Wednesday, which means it is time for a "What If? Wednesday Sketch". You have two weeks to enter your card using the sketch posted on the Repeat Impressions blog...The House That Stamps Built. All participants will have a chance to win a $25 Repeat Impressions gift certificate. I hope you'll play along with us.
This week's sketch looks like this:
As you know, I am a sketch rebel. I can never, ever get any one sketch to work totally for me. I so admire those who have the talent to do so. Usually, many layers are hard for me, so I thought this simpler sketch would be right up my alley. WRONG...look at all of my additions (sigh).
For this card, I stamped the Repeat Impressions image of "Scarecrow & Friend" (3309-K) onto X-Press It cardstock with Marvy black dye. I colored the image with Copic markers. I framed the image panel with black cardstock.
The card panel is from My Mind's Eye. I framed it too with black cardstock, with yet another frame of kraft. I added a kraft scalloped corner cut with a paper punch. Sheer brown ribbon and a brown button tied with hemp put the finishing touches on this card.

Thanks so much for visiting my blog today!
