Head to the Beach

It's Tuesday!  Which means it is time for another challenge on the Sassy Cheryl's Challenge Blog.  This week, the challenge is "Best Friends Forever (BFF)".  Sure hope you'll join us.  There are two free digital images up for grabs.

My best friend is my Sloopy, so I totally relate to the relationship Sally and Bella have.  I chose the Sassy Cheryl's digital image of "Sally & Bella Head to the Beach" to use for this challenge.  I printed the image onto X-Press It cardstock.  I colored them with Copic markers and cut with detailed scissors.  On another piece of X-Press It cardstock, using Copic markers and a Uniball Signo White pen, I drew the ocean scene.  I stamped the sentiment from Kraftin Kimmie with Memento Desert Sand. I framed the scene with black cardstock.

Patterned paper from Little Yellow Bicycle was used for the card panel.  It too was framed with black cardstock.  Three small aqua brads were added to the card, as well as some sheer white ribbon.

Have fun, Sally & Bella!  And, you have fun with this week's challenge.  Thanks for visiting my blog today!

I just love your ocean scene. Do you have a video on how to do that? If not could you make one or do one with pictures, I have never seen an ocean scene done so well. It looks like I could just walk right up and step in the water. Could you please share how you do this?
