Let Us Be Thankful
Repeat Impressions Rock Star Geri Utterback challenged us to create anything that gives thanks...a thank you card, Thanksgiving, etc. Very appropriate, don't you think?
For my card, I stamped the Repeat Impressions image of "Cornucopia" (908-K) with Marvy black dye onto X-Press it cardstock. I colored the image with Copic markers and added some highlights with Crystal Stickles. I cut the image panel with a Nestabilities oval die.
The card panels were made with patterned paper from K&Company and KI Memories. I added to texture to both with Cuttlebug and Sizzix embossing folders. I framed these panels with brown cardstock. The card base is kraft. Sheer golden brown ribbon was added to the card.
The sentiment is a portion of a sentiment from Repeat Impressions called "For the Beauty" (3213-G) and was stamped with Versafine Vintage Sepia.
Don't miss other great creations from the Rock Stars. You'll be thankful you took the time to visit:
Thanks so much for visiting my blog today!
