Back-to-school season is REAL as of today. I thought this new image from Sassy Cheryl's called Pay Attention Class would be quite appropriate to commemorate the day.
I printed Pay Attention Class onto Hammermill Color Copy and colored with Copic markers. I then added a strip of "marbled notebook" using a unique stamp from Just For Fun, stamped with Versafine Onxy Black. The ABC on the chalkboard is from The Paper Studio and was embossed using Hero Arts Unicorn Pigment ink and SSS white embossing powder. The sentiment is from an old My Favorite Things set and was stamped onto a torn scrap of notebook paper and was adorned with a black paperclip that was cut from a My Favorite Things die.
Here's to a great year!

A Good Apple
It's a Fab Friday over on the Tiddly Inks Challenge Blog, where anything goes.
Speaking of what goes...there goes my summer break. It's been a decent one. Here's to a great school year. Here's a card that features the oh-so-cute Tiddly Inks digital image "Teacher". I printed it onto Hammermill Color Copy and colored it with Copic markers. A little Glossy accents on the apple and some Spectrum Noir Sparkle on the globe. I thought this image paired well with this sentiment from Lawn Fawn.
Thanks so much for visiting my blog today. You are a good apple for doing so.

For an A+ Teacher
I've had the privilege of working alongside several "A+" teachers. Let's say this card is for them as we prepare to go back to school.
This card is actually a result of a bunch of elements not used. The clipboard is from a My Favorite Things die-namic. The A+ is from The Paper Studio. "Teacher" is from Lawn Fawn. The pencil is from A Jillian Vance Design. The apple brad has been hoarded for years. And, the card panel patterned paper is from The Paper Studio.
So nice to have them all come together to make this card. And so nice of you to visit my blog today. Thank you!

Pencil Nerd
Might as well embrace the back-to-school season. There's no avoiding it, LOL.
This card features a classic image from Sassy Cheryl's Pencil Nerds digital stamp set. I love this set because you get both girls and boys, glasses and no glasses. To make this card, I printed the image onto X-Press It cardstock and colored with Copic markers. I fussy cut the image and added some Glossy Accents to her glasses.
I framed a piece of notebook paper with black cardstock and added a sentiment from Lawn Fawn. The paper clip was cut from a My Favorite Things die. The apple brad puts a finishing touch on this card.
Thanks for taking the time to visit my blog. I very much appreciate it.
