Cupcake Baker
This is a card that I made for Limited Supply Challenge #253 on Splitcoast. The challenge was a "Happy New Year" Challenge, which meant we were to make a card using the following guidelines:
Happy---make a card in 15 minutes or less
New---use something new to make the card
Year---card must reflect an annual event
So, I followed these guidelines. "15 minute"-ish. Let's just say, it was a quick card. For me, at least. For "new", I colored the image with my new Coloursoft pencils. For "year", I thought it would be helpful to add a birthday card to my stash.
The main image is from Hampton Arts, which came from a grab bag I purchased a long time ago. I stamped it with Marvy Dye ink onto Georgia Pacific cardstock. I colored the image with the Coloursoft pencils, which I'm telling myself have a learning curve to them. Patterned paper, cardstock, Nestabilies die cuts, patterned paper, ribbon and a paper piercer were also used to create this card. The sentiment is from Inkadinkadoo.
Hope everyone is having a sweet start to the new year.
