I made this card right after the attack in Boston, so I went a patriotic. I feel so helpless about what happened, it was really all I could do.
Using Tombow markers, I directly applied ink to the Repeat Impressions image "USA" (3702-G) onto a white cardstock triangle cut from a Nestabilities die. I added a star brad and framed the triangle with black cardstock.
Patterned paper from The Paper Studio and red cardstock form the layers of this card. White stars were punched and randomly spread over the red layer. I added a scalloped border cut from white cardstock using a MFT die-namics die. A sheer white ribbon and bow was added.
The sentiment is also from Repeat Impressions. It is called "Here's To You" (3703-H) and it was stamped with Marvy black dye ink.
My prayers to all of those affected by this tragedy.
Thank you so much for visiting my blog today!
