I'd Take Some Raindrops
At this point I'd be happy with a little rain, wouldn't you? It's snowing here AGAIN, so I'm trying to at least battle the winter blues in my stamp room.
This card was created using the Kraftin' Kimmie stamp set "Rainy Day Fun!", illustrated by the great Cheryl Grant. I colored the image with Copic markers, and added some UTEE with cheap glue stick and applied heat with my heat gun to get the raindrops effect on the umbrella. The sentiment is from the set as well. Patterned paper was a scrap and is a mystery to me. A couple embellishments include a button with Baker's Twine and a mini button.
By the way, this card is heading into my Etsy store, Cards By Kecia. I'm thinking it will make a great encouragement card for someone feeling blue.
All right now. I must go out and shovel the driveway. (Huge sigh).

This is adorable. Fabulous coloring, and I love how you achieved the wet look on the umbrella.
Love the rain on the umbrella.
