Snowman Angel
So nice to have an extra hour this weekend to color! Here's a card I made using the image "Fat Round Snowman" by Cheryl Grant.
I printed the image onto Hammermill Color Copy Digital paper. I colored the image with Copic markers, and did some slight shading with Prismacolor pencils. I added some sparkle to the wings with a clear Wink of Stella pen.
I framed the image with kraft cardstock, and placed on a card panel from Basic Grey. I paper pierced around this panel, and faux stitched with a color pencil.
A small button with hemp cord, and the sentiment from Impression Obsession stamped with Distress Ink Brushed Corduroy, complete the details of this card.
This week's challenge on the Squigglefly blog is to use patterned paper. Hope you join us for all of the fun.
Thanks so much for visiting my blog today. Another post to follow in just a few short hours.

Seriously? You did that image on copy paper? It looks fabulous and your coloring is so awesome. This card is one of my favorite cards I have seen anyone do in a very long time. Love the colors. Awesome work and on copy paper.... wow. Hugz
This is a gorgeous card! Your bringing the whole project together is just perfect. And yes, copy paper??? Beautiful!
Kecia I just love this! The soft coloring is fantastic and goes so well with your choice of patterned paper - which is an awesome choice by the way! Love the line of stitching around the card too.
I have been seeing a lot of neutrals being used lately. This is beautiful Kecia. I love your coloring.
