Rubbernecker Mother's Day Hop

Welcome to Rubbernecker's Mother's Day Hop!

The Stampin' Sisterhood is getting ready for Mother's Day (which will be here before you know it) with some beautiful creations using Rubbernecker Stamps.

Make sure you visit each sister's blog and leave some love, and then return to the Stampin' Sisterhood blog to let us know you've completed the hop route. You will be entered into a drawing to receive one free stamp set of your choice from Rubbernecker.

And, as a bonus we will draw an extra winner for a stamp set of their choice, just for sharing our hop on their Facebook page or blog!! After you have shared, just go back to the Stampin' Sisterhood Blog and let us know where you have shared our hop!

Both winners will be announced on the Sisterhood blog on March 30!

So, get busy hopping and sharing. The route is listed below.

For my card, I stamped the Rubbernecker image of "Daffodils" (SKU: 506-03) onto Curious Metallics Cryogen White cardstock with Marvy black dye. I colored the image with Copic markers. I used a Nestabilities die to cut the image panel and also paper pierced around this panel. The sentiment of "Thanks So Much" (SKU: 565-18) is also stamped with Marvy black dye and cut with a smaller Nestabilities die. I paper pierced around the sentiment as well. The image and sentiment were then placed upon a piece of patterned paper from Graphic 45 that was paper pierced and faux stitched with a color pencil. The card is completed with a gold ribbon and has an overall iridescent shine since I used the Cryogen White.

Got to tell you how much I love the way you colored the flowers and how you placed the sentiment. Paper piercing is one of my favorite techniques. I just love the way you used it. Wonderful work of art!

This card may not be as bright as your usually cards, but the soft green and the clean lines are perfect for this card!
