Maybe you keep checking my blog for the official 2016 Christmas card. If so, today's the day. I had to delay this post a day or two because I was a bit late getting these out. No excuse for that, but that's just the way this year played out.
The image of the dog and hat are from the ever popular Tim Holtz's Crazy Dogs and Crazy Things from Stamper's Anonymous. They were stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black and colored with Copic markers. I masked both the dog and the hat with masking film so that I could create the paw print background. I used a background stamp from My Favorite Things by stamping it with Versamark. I then sponged on some Mama Elephant Smoke pigment ink. The sentiment is from Lawn Fawn. The image panel was cut with a stitched rectangle die from Simon Says Stamp and attached to a red cardstock panel.
I like it. I hope all of my recipients did too.

Buckeye Crunch
Are you ready for Saturday?
My gift to coworkers this year was a bag of Buckeye Crunch. Why? Because I gave this same gift two years ago, and well, we know what happened two years ago. Just call me superstitious.
The Block O tag was created with A Jillian Vance Design stamps and dies. You can read all about it on the AJVD blog today.
Hope you all had a wonderful Christmas.

Merry Christmas Swirls
Here's a quick CAS Christmas card that maybe I need to think about making for next year, since I am not quite finished with my official Christmas card of the year.
You can read all about this card over on the A Jillian Vance Design Blog today.
I hope to catch my breath, breathe, and be back towards the end of the week with more.

Merry Molly
It's the last Tiddly Tuesday of the year! This time our challenge is "A Very Merry Christmas". A harder than you think challenge because Tiddly Inks has so many fabulous Christmas images from which to choose.
I decided to color up the new digital image of "Merry Molly". I just love her, and I'll admit it...I love how she turned out on this card! Am I allowed to admit that? I printed her on X-Press It cardstock and colored her with Copic markers. The sentiment was stamped with Versafine Onyx Black and is from A Jillian Vance Design.
Sure hope you join us for the last challenge of 2016. All of the details can be found on the Tiddly Inks Challenge Blog.
I'll be back a few more times in 2016...still a few more cards to share, including The 2016 Christmas Card. I am happy to report the mass production gained some strides this past weekend.

Pine Branches
I was a little surprised waking up to some snow yesterday. I guess you can say that's what inspired this card.
This card features the stamp set "Pine Branches" from A Jillian Vance Design. It was fun to play with it, as I stamped the branch with Simon Says Jelly Bean dye ink first. Then using my MISTI, did some more stamping adding some darker green ink and brown ink with my Tombow Markers, in an attempt to create some depth. The pine cone was stamped with Distress Ink Walnut Stain and then colored with Prismacolor pencils. The background was sponged with Distress Ink Tumbled Glass. The "snow" is sponge lightly dabbed Copic White with a brush.
You can't see it, but this card shimmers thanks so some Art Anthology Ice spray.
Truly mixed media, huh?
You can read all about this card on the AJVD blog today.
Thanks so much for coming to my blog.

Be Merry and Bright
It is another Fabulous Friday! And today, I am sharing a card with an image I think is so stinking adorable. It is "Be Merry and Bright Pupmas" from Tiddly Inks. I'm now kicking myself, because THIS should have been my 2016 Christmas card! Maybe next year?
Anyway, I printed the image onto X-Press It cardstock and colored the image with Copic markers. Did a little scoring along the top and the bottom of the image panel. That's it. I think that is all this adorable image needs.
Make sure you make your way over to the Tiddly Inks Challenge Blog. You'll see some gorgeous Tiddly Inks inspiration. That's why it's such a Fab Friday!
Have a great weekend! Thanks so much for stopping by my blog.

Season's Greetings Stenciled Card
I spent most of the weekend working on my 2016 Christmas card. It is in production mode.
This is not it, but I kinda wish it was because this card could truly be mass produced quickly. It features the die from "Holly & Swirls" from A Jillian Vance Design. I used the negative cut as a stencil and sponged Distress Ink Peeled Paint. I then activated the ink with a waterbrush and painted the image. A bit of Tombow marker provided the rich green and the berries.
You can read all about this card on the AJVD blog today.
Now, back to the production of the 2016. I'll share it on Christmas Day, of course, right here on the blog.
