It's Wednesday, which means it is time for a "What If? Wednesday Sketch". You
have two weeks to enter your card using the sketch posted on the Repeat
Impressions blog...The House That Stamps Built. All participants will have a chance to win a $25 Repeat Impressions gift certificate. I hope you'll play along with us.
The sketch this week looks like this:
For my card, I stamped the gorgeous Repeat Impressions image of Rebecca (708-K) with Marvy black dye onto X-Press It cardstock. I masked Rebecca, and then sponged the ground and cloudy sky with the following dye inks: Adirondack Willow, Whispers Savoy Green, Whispers Green Leaf, Memories Soft Baby Blue, and Adirondack Cloudy Blue. I then removed the Rebecca mask and colored the image with Copic markers. I paper pierced around the oval.
The card panel is made with Bo Bunny patterned paper. I paper pierced it as well. I added lace, Bakers Twine, and two adhesive pearls for the finishing touches. Some light sponging around the card edges was done with Whispers Whisper Pink.
